I am sending this in regards to meeting at 2403 Caroline on Thursday September 20,2018 to discuss the vacant property that is a nuisance to the neighborhood.

We can meet in the parking lot off of McIlhenny St. I would like to walk the entire property, so that everyone can see the state of the property. I have been there today, and the property is muddy, so please be aware of that.

The property owner is contracting a landscaping company to address the concerns at the property as it is now. All the trash, weeds and other debris will be removed. The trees will be trimmed to an 8 or 10 ft canopy. Thanks
