Description

hello. These potholes are on Forest Street just north of Shafter. At the side of the property located at 5467 Shafter. I had previously reported these large potholes via this tool under service request no. 839406, which you closed today. Not sure why you closed it as the potholes have not been repaired. This is a follow up request for the same condition.
