Description

Fire hazard in shared storage area of multiple dwelling unit which is directly under 2 apartments. There is woodworking heavy power equipment, improper wiring, storage of volatile liquids (gasoline, varnish etc), and flammable clutter. The tenant(s) in Apt W has installed and uses this equipment, and is responsible for the clutter, flammable liquids and jerry-rigged wiring.
Other code violations include: dangerous external stair case (wood rot), and termite infestation. The software only allows me to load one image; I can send others
