The 4100 block of Elmhurst is over ran with RATS! Many seen during the day, kids were kicking a dead one down the street today till an adult kicked it into a sewer.

We have seen them during the day on Grantley as well. Never before was this a problem. Garbage is all in bins and yet rats. City of Toledo, please step up your efforts. Why in years past this has not been a problem. We need more neighborhood patrolling and pest control please.

Again, Mr Mayor. We would like some strong action here. The rats are everywhere and nothing. I have no bird feeders no tall grass but behind my home on Bowen is uncut grass because big tree limbs are behind the persons garage
