Description

1. The gfi keeps shorting out causing traffic eng to reset at this intersection.
2. The timing of this signal is out of synch with Coors and 7 bar loop. The red for west bound ellison is too long backing up traffic to coors and beyond. Come on guys, this isn't rocket science.
