It might be worth adding the area around the school to a scheduled check around 8:00 - 8:15am. There has been a marked increase in illegal parking on both Spring and Walnut during school drop off times, which seems much worse than previous school years.

Same situation this morning. 3 cars parked on the block of Spring across from the school, probably 10 more parked in "no parking" area on Walnut. With zero enforcement this problem will only get worse.
