Description
There is a leak in the roadway. It was "repaired" during the summer. Then there was a giant pothole that was repaired. But the leak continues.
It's probably 100's if not 1000's of gallons/day
Concern is twofold. What is happening below (think sinkhole)? What will happen this winter when the road starts to freeze (it will be a giant sheet of ice)?

So does this need to be recategorized to Road Maintenance, or does a new ticket need to be submitted?
I see this issue was recategorized from Road Maintenance to Water/Wastewater Concern by an official (roughly a month after it was submitted), so can't this just be recategorized?
If we submit a new ticket, will it restart the timer and take another month before being acknowledged, and another month+ before someone is on site?
I understand it's not in your department, but it feels we're getting the runaround, and we didn't originally submit this to Water/Wastewater.

We haven't noticed anybody come out to inspect or address the issue. Super bad today. We submitted 2 tickets on the SHA website on 12/11/2018:

However, when I find the tickets, I can't view them for any updates. Just that they're on record.
