Tree limbs on power lines are an issue for the local electric company, Connecticut Light and Power.

You or anyone else can forward this issue to them or create a watch area for them so they receive them automatically.
Its a great way for citizens and governments to communicate with Utility Co's.
You can filter their watch area with keywords like "street light" electric power

I have had this issue as well on Clearview Ave, and sadly CL&P says it is not their issue but the homeowners. If anyone has any advice pls post here as well.
