Description

Homeless encampment is blocking pathway underneath Lake Merritt blvd. near Peralta Park. Many people (especially cyclists) depend on this path for their commute to Lake Merritt station. I urge the city to provide an alternate path for cyclists or clean up the encampment which is totally blocking access to this public pathway.
