Will investigate with the city waste hauler contractor

Mr Curry, this is Mrs SIcari. We have guests coming on Sunday and we need to do yardwork this saturday and clean up before they come. Can you please have them come and clean up the mess that they left, the picture doesnt even show how bad it looks. I don't know what the problem is but this has happened several times in front of our house, but this time the stain is HUGE , the whole length of the house. I really hope they can clean up what they did before this saturday.

Assigned to WM for investigation and potential remedies

Investigated issue. It appears the area was treated with a drying agent. I understand the nuisance of the staining in the street but unfortunately there is nothing we can do to address it. It will disappear over a short period of time. I will address WM procedures regarding this and other issues with WM management.

this product is supposed to work well on hydraulic fluid stains

Hydraulic fluid is extremely toxic to humans, animals and to the environment. We have kids that play in the streets and pets that walk round out there, outdoor cats. Please clean this off the street as soon as possible.

Please do not close this issue. This disgusting mix of hydraulic fluid and swill from the garbage truck is toxic. We could not stand looking at it for one more day , we had to order a special cleaner that cost $40 and that did not cover the whole stain. We'll see if this works.We do not feel like we should pay for this. My husband will be calling you.
