Description

SEPTA bus drivers continue to drive off as soon as passengers gt on bus refuse to stop for red light at Arrott St terminal. Dangerous for cars and pedestrians.

yes causes car accidents when cross traffic has green light and bus runs the red light or pedestrians could get hit.
