Thank you for submitting your request to the Howard County Department of Public Works. Our staff will investigate this issue and respond.

Met with male resident from this address. Two sink holes in the grass area. Will need to schedule a video pipe inspection. Outfall pipe is open and accessible. Made area safe with caution tape. One hole is near the wooden fence and the second is where the tape actually begins in the yard. J. Barker 9/19/18.

Lines video surveyed 9/27 - No obvious failures contributing to the depressed area above. Backfill & monitor.
