Sounds like there is a gang operating in the area and are marking the park as theirs. To bad our city council and the mayor fired some of the police officers that were patrolling our streets. The officers that are left are spread so thin they don't have time to target this area and put a stop the gang activity in the city. You can bet that there are no issues like graffiti, abandoned shopping carts and furniture in the streets in the neighborhoods where the city council and the mayor live.Maybe it's time for a change in city hall.
