Narrowing state street to 1 lane during lunch hours is creating unsafe congestion all they way west of Interstate 15.

2 lanes on state are open during the commute hours and should be open during this period of heavy useage. Its one thing if there is work being done but when the construction people are likely at lunch all that is happening is a coned off section of road that could be in use to help traffic flow.
