Description

Daily the HRT bus leaves people not authorized on base at the main gate while it picks up at stops around the base. These folks cross six lanes of traffic to get to the grass along the fence and sit on the ground awaiting the return of the bus. It looks like a line up for homeless people. Come on Langley and HRT, do something to fix this ugly (in more ways then one) situation! These folks need a covered place to sit out of the weather. I'm sure something can be added that will be in keeping with the decor of the base.
