This issue assigned to so and so. Why do you people insist on passing this stuff off to someone else all the time? How long does it take for these messages to be received by someone else? Probably 2 or 3 days, right? I have lost total faith in reporting any infractions by other people because I see nothing is being done about it. It's all a big joke. I am not going to waste my time anymore and show I am a concerned citizen and let the quality of the city go straight down the crapper. That's what you're doing, so I'll just follow your example.
