Parked in front of my house for well over 1 month without moving. Car is missing hubcabs, collecting debris under its wheels, and dirty.

39th Police district. Parked between 2811 Midvale Ave and Wissahickon Ave cross street.

The tires are not flat but I don't know if there are other issues. Appears driveable.
