I went to the street behind the south street plaza in Holyoke where there are speed humps to discourage speeders. I don't know why the Chicopee police said that you can't put speed humps on streets Check out the video. Please share this via Facebook, etc. there is a share button, and urge everyone else to do the same. At the top of the page is a button to share with friends via email. The more voices we have, the harder we are to ignore.
