STATUS UPDATE: 358 HAWLEY AVENUE; SEECLICKFIX 4927942; ON DECEMBER 5, 2018 - NHB INSPECTED - WHILE PUTTING VIOLATION STICKER ON FENCE INDICATING ZONING VIOLATION AND HOW TO RESOLVE IT - SON OF HOMEOWNER CAME OUT - NHB HAND DELIVERED ORDER TO COMPLY/CEASE AND DESIST; AS OF THIS DATE ZONING HAS NOT REC'D RETURN CERTIFIED RECEIPT NOR A RETURNED CERTIFIED MAILING NOTED AS NOT DELIVERABLE (UNDELIVERABLE) BY USPS. NHB (FOR SEECLICKFIX - ZONING OFFICIAL #2) EXPLAINED VIOLATION. EXPLAINED NEITHER BARBED WIRE NOR CONCERTINA WIRE WERE ALLOWED IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES; HE SAID THEY HAD MANY BREAK INS AND THINGS STOLEN - THAT WAS THE REASON; AND THE GUARD DOGS; HE SAID HIS FATHER WOULD CALL OR STOP INTO ZONING; WITHOUT CERTIFIED RECEIPT THIS CANNOT PROGRESS TO PROSECUTOR STAGE OF VIOLATION PROCESS

Four months and still no progress made at this property. I don’t understand the excuses about multiple break-ins have to do with anything. This house has had fence is about 4 feet for over 10 years as well as a pack of aggressive German Shepherd guard dogs still no progress made at this property.
