Description

This street desperately needs to be resurfaced. It is among the worst streets in Ann Arbor, and is dangerous for cyclists, motorists, and pedestrians.

Second vote on this—I avoid cycling on this street at all costs. Thankfully it is an uphill so I am already going slow, but with any speed over those hundreds of potholes I would be afraid of flipping over the handlebars. Please repair after winter

Agreed, this intersection of Hill and State and associated are has been in bad shape for years.

In reference to Hill Street within this vicinity, it has been in need of repair for years, and the condition is currently rated 2 out of 10, where 1 is the worst. Hill Street is planned to be rehabilitated Summer 2024, having allocated capital improvement budget and using federal funding. In the meantime, we will forward the concern to Public Works in case any potholes can be temporarily patched in the meantime.
