Pothole? They ripped up the entire parking lot. Noise, smoke, everything shaking.

Our whole house was shaking all morning. That giant thing backed right up against the fence, 2 feet from our home. Pictures fell off walls. House now full of dirt. Noise was deafening. Sister tried to speak to them but they ignored her until boss came over & yelled at her for yelling. We were not told this would be done. No warning. Tenants are okay but management is a bad neighbor. Never communicates & there should have been notice of this work. Shaking, dirt, noise, smoke, smell.
