Description

When you are getting off of exit 12 after heading southbound on 400 the traffic light has changed in the last two days. The light is incredibly short now, allowing only a couple cars to get through at a time. This has caused traffic to back up all the way onto 400 and it can take 10-30 minutes to get through the light. McFarland, the road you turn on to, isn't that busy so 400 is backing up while no cars are going through the light. I don't know why this was changed, there was never any traffic at this intersection and now it's extending people's commutes. Please look into this and either fix it or just put it back to the old timing.
