I agree it shouldn’t be closed. This is the main forum for citizens to come with complaints to the city like this and repeatedly I see issues unresolved then closed. All over this city this type of behavior is tolerated by the police and it’s clear the people who actually live here around it are fed up with it. Junkies, drug dealers, prostitutes, general clear criminal loitering and soliciting on private and public property is tolerated everywhere in this city by the police.
