Recently the duration of the traffic flow from Covemont onto Governors Drive has changed. I understand vehicles on the side roads need to be able to merge onto the highway. But now the link the light is causing back ups both in the morning coming from the east and in the evening coming from the west. I have yet to see enough cars coming out onto governors to warrant this time on the light. The second issue is synchronizing the lights on governors. This is going to be A nightmare this winter when you close Cecil Ashburn. We need all the lights on Governors synchronized
