Your city council member Ms Darden who lived just off the 2500 block of MLK last Thursday admitted that the traffic was heavy on MLK and then said because she supported the "complete streets plan" and therefore would support this ridiculous traffic jam in the making. That means if you were to walk a pig up to city hall with "Complete Streets Plan" painted on it she and the mayor would kiss it. The pig would of course be traumatized.
Darden Rice has shown a total lack of understanding and is not in possession of knowledge that would render her a good candidate for mayor or dog catcher on this issue alone.

This thread or post will be archived and shut down by the City as it was on many other posts of upset citizens. Just give them a day or two & the issue will be closed & it will say this is a duplicative issue but you can't find the issue number that they provide when they say "see issue ________".
By the way, good luck crossing MLK Jr. St. if you live between 22nd Ave N & 9th Ave N as there is a constant string of cars. Also, the City said this was to slow down traffic but I see the same people that sped everyday before the resurfacing still speed now. I love St. Pete but I do not like this regime & the way they do things. Maybe the Mayor can hire a few more assistants at over $100K per year to handle this issue.
