Urgent..The issue is the parking department sign in front of 49 High St. The app will not let me change it from Chapel Street no matter how I move the map I cannot get the specific address. When I type in the address to try to override it the app does not except that.Both the lower post and upper post are in horrible Rusty condition and are about to fail. This could cause the sign to fall over onto a car or pedestrian in High winds or if someone leans on it.
