That builder was contacted 4 times over past 5 months to correct the issues and to clean the significant silt that has accumulated at the bottom of the hill at the intersection of Star Drive & Sylvan Circle. The builder has refused to do so. As you are aware, simply dropping some some straw bales is not adequate protection. I would urge you to compel the builder to clean the accumulated silt from the street and verify that the "erosion company" actually did the work. The builder's veracity is very questionable.

THE CORRECT ADDRESS IS 1294 STAR DRIVE (per the permit). He took a photo of the right house but wrong address.

I have called and left a message for Mr. Bassett, I am sending an email now, I went by the site a short time ago and there is no sediment control other than a few straw bales which are inadequate and incorrect. I just spoke to the builder's representative Rob McConnell (and he says he's all good per the conversation with Mr. Bassett. Infill builders have to be especially cognizant that they are working in established neighborhoods, this one doesn't care about anyone other than himself.

I am quite willing to escalate this issue beyond reason. Leave this open until the Star Drive & Sylvan Circle intersection is broom clean. Thank you.
