TREE WAS INSPECTED ON 10/15/2018. CURRENTLY CHECKING TO SEE IF THERE IS A TREE EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION DUE TO THE TREE BEING FAR BACK FROM THE ROADWAY. I WILL UPDATE ASAP.

THERE IS A TREE EASEMENT AT THIS LOCATION. I WILL BE BACK ON SITE TO MARK THE TREE FOR REMOVAL.

Remove and replace one 50% dead 10” maple - within 90 days. Once the tree is removed it will be added to the stump removal and tree replacement list.
