Vehicles are speeding down 200 block Channing Street NE as a cut through with DC water construction on 4th St NE. Other east/west streets in the areas are narrower or have speed humps to slow down traffic. Channing is a super highway for vehicles that want to speed through the area. Also happening on alleys parallel to 3rd street to avoid one way streets and traffic build up during school drop off and rush hour commutes.
