Things haven't changed. That black car still blocks my drive way and maroon car both cause cars buses to make wide turns. Black car is preventing bus from making its usual stop at S 4th Ave and Oak street to pick up or drop off people. When school is over then things will be back to normal.

It has calmed down a lot. Every once in a while they will block my driveway but not long enough to call police. Corner of 4th and Oak street is the same. The Maroon car still wreaks havoc especially when cars turn right onto S 4th Ave. Cars have to make a wide turn.
