Description

Since the utility work was completed on the corner of Red Oak and Newport, Newport has a trench across the road lower than the road surface. Seems after all this time they would fix it correctly especially since the road was just resurfaced.

Sorry but not sure who you sent to investigate but as of yesterday the surface remains below the street grade. As taxpayers we should expect the utility company to fix it correctly especially after our money was used to resurface Newport. It shouldn't be taking so long it gets lost in the "winter closing for asphalt" saga.
