How come this issue keeps coming up but never gets resolved. Looks to me that it gets shuffled around with the agencies but no one ever resolved any of the issues that are reported for this property.
You’re the utilities department, but I have to call the utilities department to report this? Can’t you pass the message along? What’s the point of this app?
So what you are saying is in the age of electrics and email we still have to call is that because then there is no written proof that the issue is not being resolved. How hard is it to send someone to an address where a problem is being report and have the problem addressed. Instead Anne Arundel County just keeps playing “ Hot Potatoe” with the problema reported. All you see is that the issue has been reassigned from one government agency to another. Are we going to have to contact our local elected officials in order to have problem addressed in the future.
