I hope all you people who haven't got a clue about the PECo truck have a power failure. This man works the late night shift to keep your lights and refrigeration on, hense the truck is parked during the day. With the speed limit of 15 MPH it shouldn't be too hard to navigate around the truck. If you bleeding hearts would be more concerned anout the speeders and drivers who ignore ALL the STOP signs in the area or the people who park TOO close to them, the law says 30 feet from a stop sign, just take a ride around your own block and take a look. Every day or night someone is parked blocking a stop sign. think about it.
