Q. What is the Issue or Complaint?
A. We recently 6 months ago moved our mailbox to the other side of the property due to neighbor Kathleen' bush covering our mailbox and her going through our mail. Moved with the approval of the USPS. She has continued to not have this bush up to city code of 3ft high to enable us to pull out of our driveway to see traffic or pedestrians. She has continued to drain her backyard wading pool under her backyard fence into our backyard. Has desposed of throwing chicken wings as well over her fence into our property. Our landlord told her about the wing issue and water drainage which stopped but she again continues to attempt to drain water from her pool into our paver backyard. Someone please address the water drainage issue and hedge issue as well. As you see we trimmed our border hedges to meet code compliance on our own accord.
