Description

It is 10:00 pm and the HVAC at life center ministries is running non-stop very loudly it can be heard in our front and backyard which is over 100 yards away. Why is the unit running non-stop this late at night? No one is at the facility. Their HVAC units need to be replaced. I cannot hear any of my neighbors units and they are much closer.
