Description

Unsafe filth, debris, trash located on Brookdale Avenue (at the corner of Brookdale and Maxwell) in an unsafe prior carport which is on the property of 2600 Maxwell.

I have multple photos of the problem, but I am only able to upload one file at the moment from my phone. Will submit this complaint and then try to upload more from my computer so that the vast extent of the problem can be shown!
