Q. Why is this a concern?
A. The four signals along Waugh and Commonwealth (at Fairview and Welch) are not timed correctly. They only allow 10-15 seconds for traffic on the major thoroughfares to pass through. They are mostly always red for Waugh and Commonwealth drivers. Please fix!! :)
