There is a bunch of debris, possibly related to a homeless person, on the north side of 51st Street between Shafter and Webster avenues. There's been a van periodically parked there and the debris seems to be increasing by the day.

Very frustrating after we organized to clean everything up, just so a homeless man can move in and start building his trash collection.
