A notice has gone out to the owner , the re-inspection date is Oct. 9th.

Strangers who walk by continue to throw trash in that area. I don’t see how that can be prevented if numerous people contribute to the trash.

Maybe cut that all down clean it up and make a little community garden type of thing with a garbage can ?
