If the area is not properly secured within 24 hours, we will have our City Maintenance crew install a metal plate until the asphalt is installed. Still a dangerous mess thanks to the corrupt, incompetent Dekalb Water imbeciles. LOOK AT THIS. They are the same ones responsible for allowing water to GUSH down Chamblee Dunwoody in August, resulting in a downed tree two weeks later that took out power lines and cable.
