third report of ongoing issue, August 2017 #3604807 and April 2018 #4294258. traffic control light at intersection City View Rd and Southwick Rd Rte 202 is stopping traffic on Southwick Rd when there is no car approaching intersection from City View Rd. The light used to be "on demand red" when a car approached intersection on City View Rd. This is getting ridiculous. you ask for help identifying problems and then ignore the input. The Cowles bridge is not in the best shape and having traffic sitting there waiting for unnecessary red light stops can't be helping the obvious disrepair it is in.
