Description

There has been 9 abandoned vehicles in the Laurel District in a short period of time. This is the 4th request to the City of Oakland to remove remaining abandoned and inoperable vehicles located in the Laurel District in Oakland. The City of Oakland issued parking citations/notices on two of the cars but have yet to remove the abandoned cars. The City of Oakland should crackdown on these abandoned cars left to rot and considered an eyesore by many residents. These vehicles have been on the roadway for more than 72-hours with expired registration. No one can legally park their cars on the city streets.
