That's a easy fix. Clear the debris from the top, and make sure it stays clean.

But some of the basin's are clogged deep down in the pipe from years of debris. They need to be vacuum and jet rod. The ciry use to have a fleet of vacuum trucks, and they would clean out the drains on all streets. Now I only see 2 trucks.

No they have more than two trucks, believe me just be persistent. If you're very persistent they will definitely come and take care of you.

It's really important for us to help keep those clean. That's why I, as well as anyone I know, I don't let them litter, because I have to clean it up later. WORK TOGETHER AS A COMMUNITY...
