Description
From Lewis Brown Dr. to Mini Dr. There are shopping carts on the corner of LBD and broadway, there is a new homeless camp in the eucalyptus trees on broadway, theres shopping carts full of garbage at the bus stop, theres bags of garbage and a mattress just due north of the old walmart, and there is gabage all the way to mini dr. on the right hand side of the road, which i reported 2 months ago and was never cleaned up! This homeless camp will grow unless it is dismantled Now! I drive down this street every day and see how fast it is taken over by these people. The city doesnt need to tell me about Sidie, or justine is looking into it, just go out and enforce the laws on the books regarding camping, loitering, littering and im sure there are many more! If not this area will blossom with more camps , litter , garbage and everything else theses NONTAXPAYING citizens bring with them! If this isnt dealt with immediately it will compound!

Why did past city leaders even bother to write city codes if nobody’s going to enforce them? Homeless encampments, people living in RVs, abandoned vehicles, shopping cart abatement programs is it’s all there in the City’s Codes- we just need the enforcement to follow through.
But woe as me, tote that barge lift that bale, we can’t possibly do that much work with the understaffed and short on resources public workers.
