Traffic flow in the morning and evening demands that 12th street at Mountain have a separation of traffic, the ones that turn left either east or west traveling both north and southbound. This will allow traffic to flow instead of a left turner on north or southbound stopping the flow of straight ahead traffic causing a back up and more carbon monoxide for the local residence.
