Older black male, at least 50 years old, vertical brown and white striped shirt (about 6 inch stripes), hat, dark khaki pants, about 6ft tall, large black shoulder bag. Attempting to sell oxycontin to passers by claiming he's a veteran and needs the money. He pulls out a pill bottle from his black bag that says Oxycontin 20mg. Reported to police and 2 Penn bicycle patrolmen.
