  Thank you very much for the quick response and assignment for further action. I sent the following msg separately via fb msnger to BP Oddo hoping for some assistance and are relieved that we were able to get a response.

  “Good morning BP Oddo,

  I understand the very busy schedule but any chance you can help us w/the catch basin flooding in front of our driveway? I know we’re more prone to back ups in midland beach but a cleaning might help once in a while, especially this week. This is an ongoing prob w/this catch basin. Even w/the little amount of rain, it gets backed up. It is very difficult to load and offload our toddlers into/off car from short driveway without having to walk into the above ankle puddle... cars zip by without slowing up for us when we try to load up our two four yr olds while double parked in front of the house...

  We called in a ticket w/311 this am but we have not received any response in the past.

  Any help with this ticket (1-1-1622874891) would be greatly appreciated -thank you.”

  After the overnight rain, the sitting water has now come up onto my driveway and onto a stretch of the sidewalk, as well as 30’ worth of street/curb at the corner of baden place and hunter ave. PLEASE send someone to come clean this and neighboring catch basins immediately. It was disgusting having to tread thru it just trying to load my two 4 year olds into the car to get to school this am and having to go thru that again getting them back home after school. PLEASE help, thank you.

  Still backed up to the driveway. Hardly any rain and no drainage. It takes days for the water to drain.
