Description
Lets start again! This what Broadway has become because of the lack of effort by the COV to keep our city streets clean! Reported this area yesterday, will keep reporting until something is done! I druve down this street every day and its only getting worse because of lack of maintenance by the city! Homeless camp in the trees, shopping carts full of garbage everywhere, homeless roaming around making a mess, abandoned RVs in the old walmart parking lot and on and on and on!!!!!! Broken record with you people at the COV.

From the Bus Stop Bum by Costco to the vagrants living under the Magazine St. overpass and in between. Homeless RVs in any and all vacant lots and at the waterfront. Camping on railroad tracks and in creeks. Trespassing on private and public property.
Dumping trash, drug use, defecating and urinating in plain view, equates to indecent exposure, wallowing in their own waste. Homeless loitering and camping in parks or near schools and with children. People living in cars, animal neglect. Theft, destruction of property, blight and the list goes on. This is not only a public nuisance, public health, safety and sanitation crisis.
This has become an epidemic here in Vallejo and something needs to be done about it.
Everywhere you look in this city you see homelessness, trash, encampments, people living in cars and RVs.
We need to clean up Vallejo, no wonder no one wants to do business here.
We need to help the truly homeless get help and off the street.
Others that not from here or choose this lifestyle need to be given the boot and sent packing.
Going forward we need to enact and enforce strict anti-vagrancy laws citywide with a focus on people camping on private or public state owned property and overnight camping in parks.
We need to cite and tow abandoned cars, trucks, vans and RVs with or without people living in them with a focus on oversized vehicles parked overnight on city streets or parked is shopping center parking lots.
