i, my name is Deborah Hartson and our offer just got accepted for a house at 203 E. Franklin, cross street Ellis. The only issue we have with the house is how fast vehicles travel on Franklin. The speed limit is posted 20, but the cars are going at least 45 over the hill that is very close to the driveway approach of this property. It was pretty scary not being able to see over the hill. We did finally chance it with a close call episode backing out the the driveway. We were thinking that a stop sign at Chestnut would help slow the traffic from there to Main Street. Sure would give us peace of mind. Please let us know if this would be possible, or if I should be addressing another department. Thank you.
