Description

The dumpster at Ashford at Feather Sound apartments is rusted and the entire bottom of the dumpster is open. I'm a resident at the apartment complex and there is often trash and liquids leaking out of the dumpster. This has also caused there to be several rodents in the area scavenging through the bottom of the dumpster.
